The link will take you to the merchant's site page for that item, where you can then purchase it from the merchant directly. If you know the wishlist creator's address, you can have it shipped directly to them, otherwise have it delivered to your home where you can then wrap it and give it to the wishlist creator in person at the celebration!

Remember to click the "Reserve Gift" button so that others don't buy the same item.
