How do I cancel Listful Pro?

There are two ways to cancel Listful Pro, depending on how you signed up:

1. If you signed up on a web browser:

  1. Go to your Account Settings and click Manage Subscription.

  2. You will be taken to Stripe, the payment processor.

  3. Enter the email you used to sign up for Listful Pro.

  4. Check your email for a login link from Stripe and click it.

  5. Once logged in, click Cancel Subscription to end your Pro plan.

2. If you signed up via the Listful app (iOS):

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name at the top → then tap Subscriptions.

  3. Find Listful in your list of active subscriptions.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Important Notes:

  • Canceling your subscription will stop future payments, but your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Canceling Listful Pro does not delete your account; it just simply reverts you back to the free plan
