If you want to know when an item is purchased, you will need to enable this in your settings.
Click your profile picture to open settings.
Scroll down to find "Reveal Purchased Wishes:
Click "Hidden" and confirm "Reveal Purchased Wishes".
Items that have been purchased from your wishlist will now be marked Green.
You will also now receive notifications when a user marks an item as purchased from your wishlist!
